I wanted to tell you guys about this smart pen that I got from my university that has helped me quite a lot. It’s called a Livescribe Echo. And it’s my TALKING PEN.

It’s functions are a god send to those of us with ADHD. 

– It has a camera under the nib that can record things you write in its accompanied paper. You can connect the pen to a computer and upload all the notes you wrote.

– It has a microphone that you can use to record lectures or meetings which can be uploaded to a computer too.

– This is the BEST part, the two two above functions can be used together to create interactive notes with sound. The different parts of the notes can be used as bookmarks to go the part of the recording when you writing that note. 

– The recorded sounds can be listened directly from the pen or with earphones and you can rewind and fast forward as necessary.

– The pen also has a TRANSLATOR FUNCTION so you can write words in a certain language and the pen will translate it.

– The pen also functions as a calculator; you don’t need any buttons, just the camera and the “buttons” printed on the notebook.

I’ve got his pen a few years ago and I don’t go anywhere without it cause its so god damn handy. It’s a tad on the expensive side though; I got it from my university and I will be quite sad when I have to give it back. 

I STILL LOVE MY TALKING PEN THOUGH. It’s like a PA in my pocket.
