Tim Dlugos was a poet who was born in 1950. Openly gay when the AIDS crisis came about, he was diagnosed with AIDS in 1989 after living with HIV for over 10 years. After being diagnosed with AIDS, he pursued priesthood at Yale, but he never completed his education. He died of AIDS related complications in 1990.
