FOR THE BODY 🍃💖

Take a nap – Sometimes all we need is a little power boost ⚡️

Go for a run or a walk – Exercising releases endorphins, which triggers a positive feeling in the body

Listen to your fav tunes 🎶– Dance a little! 

Breath deeply – Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. Relax, take some time to gather your thoughts 💭

Have a warm bath – relax your muscles, take some time for yourself 🛁

Have a laugh – Watch funny cat videos or maybe a comedy movie… 🎬

FOR THE MIND 🍃🥰

• Unplug for a while– It’s nice to get away from the constant pressures of social media 

Write – Dot down your emotions, write what you feel you may not be able to say to others ✍🏽

Remember compliments – We always seem to cling on to the negative opinions that others have of us, try to remember the good for a change 💕

• Declutter & organise –  Start fresh and take control of your surroundings, if you can do that, you can take control of your life too!
