Some Fixer-Ups on the Steven Universe AU

So, I decided to go over the AU I made on the spot very late in the night… Like at 2:13 AM… ^^;

Anyway, so I had an idea a little earlier, mostly on the Entity and how it will fuse with Pink. I think that it will probably take on a humanoid form: one similar in height of Pink but is generally a blank slate until its fused. When they do, its… Its just a mess: some parts of Pink is present on the outside, like her hair, one of her eyes, and patches of her skin, but its mostly made up of the Entity: now its no longer a plain shape with no voice or features, its now a mirage of blues, purples, and deep shades of red mixing in and fading out(maybe to reflect how it feels but probably not) on the majority of the shared body. One of the eyes is just black, no pupils, no sclera… Nothing. Its also made modifications to Pink’s outfit for its own devices and pretty much screwed up Pink’s gem so that Pink can never unfuse from it nor take full control. There’s also the added features of claws, fangs, and tentacles used for impalements of other gems to poof them. Their voice is sorta of echoey and jagged, and there also feels like a second voice is trying to reach out, but is silenced the moment one word is said.

Next is how she turns White and Yellow, and simply put, maybe it uses mind rape on the two of them but probably uses all of it on Yellow. For White, it basically uses the tentacles to hold her down and use one of the newly formed claws to reach into White’s gem. Basically, it’s like its scratching away at what makes White… well herself, reveling in hearing her scream/plead. Once it’s done, it removes its claws and tentacles off her body before fixing her up like a mall mannequin. Of course, it leaves just a small fragment of White’s free will like a game to see how far she’ll go to free herself before her gem starts to crack, and eventually be forced back into the vacuum of her mind to prevent her form from being permanently destroyed… Kinda of fitting(to the Entity) for someone who demanded perfection from everyone else.

Next, for Yellow, it basically tackles her and holds her down before using its claws. Starting from the sides, I like to imagine the Entity slowly traveling the claws up, cutting deep as small shards fall(it’s making sure that it doesn’t poof Yellow), and just like White, it enjoys hearing her cry out for help until its finished. Once done, it basically holds Yellow’s head in place and stares into her eyes, showing images that can’t be explained, slowly breaking her until it feels fit to release her as a smiling wreck unable to stop for fear of becoming a corrupted beast unable to think/remember who she is(similar to canon corrupted gems).

Finally, there’s Blue. Now, while the Entity isn’t able to turn Blue into its own twisted image(due to Pink somehow intervening and telling her to run), it does end up infecting Blue and nearly draining her of either half or all of her powers, to the point where she can only do stuff that serve as inconveniences at best. Her form is also slightly damaged, now no longer tall and foreboding, she’s roughly the size of an average human. Now she’s trapped on Earth with no way to face this creature, nor help her remaining family and rescue Pink from it with some of her court and her Pearl by her side.

There’s also to add how the Pearls made it to Earth before the bubble was set up: Pink Pearl was in the middle of nearly being mind wiped and turned sub servant to White(I like to imagine that being turned is what caused her eye injury) but is dropped by White when she gets tackled, so she makes it out with only cracks around her it. With White Pearl(our Pearl in canon) helping her, the two managed to escape while the Entity is busy. Yellow Pearl is also rescued in the midst of her Diamond being tortured: something she witnessed while running, reducing her to a bit of a stammering mess while fleeing on the ship alongside other gems.

So that’s pretty much what I have, hopefully, I’ll write more on life on the bubbled Earth and the inhabitants of Beach City later on, but this was a revision of the earlier post from morning cause… Well, it was a mess. ^^;

I have a terrible idea for an SU AU

There’s no title, and many others probably had this same idea but did it twice better… But it kinda involves maybe the Diamonds, or one of their gem soldiers finding this strange stuff on the ground: like it’s unknown what it is, seems to be a plain splat but they take it anyway for some reason. They don’t see a lot in it, they think it’s dead, but still, keep it for some reason…

So Pink maybe finds it one day, maybe out of running away due to another outburst by one of the others… I’m not sure, but it’s by complete accident. And upon finding it, this ’entity’ starts speaking to her. Pink has no clue but generally starts to open up and talk back to it, first out of fear but eventually gets to know it better.

This kind of stuff continues every time Pink is left to her own devices: she goes to talk to the Entity and starts revealing stuff about Homeworld and the rest of the Diamond Authority. All while the Entity takes note of this… Of course, not for anything positive. I can’t explain, but this thing isn’t too fond over the fact that it was basically locked away despite calling for help and being experimented at times. So now it’s kinda bidding its time, waiting to find the right opportunity to get back. Along the way, it kinda manipulates Pink subtly by feeding her along about the other Diamonds, how to talk/stand up to them, how they aren’t fond of her… All while pretending to be this kind, helpful source for Pink to let out her feelings.

Then, Pink’s OG Pearl gets taken from her.

Pink is devastated, to which the Entity uses to its advantage. It manages to convince her of how to get her Pearl back through one sacred technique: fusion. Pink isn’t sure, mostly because of how exactly it might work, but the Entity assures her everything will be fine, and that’s its already found away around it. So they do….

The Entity, of course, uses Pink against the other Diamonds, not as an attempt to get back Pink Pearl, but as a way to get back at the Diamonds for its suffering: it forces White Diamond to be, essentially a statue, always in one place, smiling, but never in control of what she says or does. And if she does trying breaking out, she ends up with her gem beginning to crack until she essentially shatters herself.

Then, it forces Yellow to be ’happy’(as Pink had always wanted her to be): which meant carving a nice little Glasgow-esque grin on to her face and have her happy all the time. Similar to White, if Yellow falters, her form starts disappearing and wavering… Though in her case, she’ll probably end up corrupted.

Now, the Entity attempts to get to Blue, but Pink manages to get through and get Blue(albeit reluctantly) to leave her and head to Earth. This also sounds off an alarm which causes some of the Gems on Homeworld to evacuate to Earth as well, like a last resort, in which Pink, fighting the Entity than surround the Earth in a bubble to protect it…

And that’s kinda of the gist. More on it later, but I do need to know if this needs any fixings… Cause this sounds like it sucks 😅

You know? Sometimes I wonder…

Whenever Pink Diamond was upset, did she ever confide in her Pearl over whatever was upsetting her? It seems like a idea I can imagine her doing since she can’t really talk to the other Diamonds…

Another Pink 💎 Discussion

You know, the more I think about it, the more I begin to think that maybe Pink’s behavior wasn’t an act of being a brat, but more of a person on the brink of losing it… Perhaps from being isolated/sheltered since she broke from the surface of which she was born from. I mean from what we gather in the “Stranded” Special, she has no army, no colony, NOTHING. Pink is probably envious of the others for their accomplishments and wants to prove her worth, but sadly can never get that chance because of the others fears/doubts(?). Maybe her moment of saying she just as important is a possible 😭 for help… She might be getting upset and 😠 because she feels like she isn’t good enough, like she’s a flaw in what is perceived as the perfect system/authority. YD’s “Then why don’t you act like it,” may have just further drove the feeling that she’s nothing into her mindscape. Pink probably wanted to shout how she could if given the liberty… but she doesn’t. Whenever out of fear or sadness is unsure, but from the way she punched the wall and the way she looked(anger/hurt), it’s quite possible she has a lot of bottled emotions raging inside her. Now, I was wondering, if this is the case why doesn’t she talk it out? Well, how can one possibly talk things out without being considered weak, without being brushed off or ignored? Even if Pink could speak her mind to get the point across, it probably wouldn’t do much of anything: YD would remain uncaring in her own way(or just filing it as Pink being the brat she sees her as), Blue would listen but she wouldn’t be there all the time cause like the others, she’s busy with her own set of planets, her own colony etc., and White’s away all the time, never fully there or just there in a second than leaving without hearing a word. And at the time, she doesn’t have her own colony/soldiers or anything, she’s alone with her own thoughts, and they are thoughts of grief, despair, rage, disbelief, fear… and self-hatred. Maybe the others didn’t mean to harm her, but those emotions found their way in, and they won’t let go until Pink makes a choice no matter how drastic or devastating it causes the others… She wants to feel important cause the OTHERS are important, she wants to feel like she is a 💎 and not just some mistake the others don’t want nor need, she wants to feel like she’s something. She’s may be a 💎, but just like other gems she is capable of human emotions, and so far/from what I can tell, she’s probably a Type A or Type B Stepford Smiler: happy on the outside, but bitter/empty/😔 on the inside. And she can’t do anything about without looking like a pathetic, weak mess in front of the others, which is probably why she only acts out when YD’s back is turned: she doesn’t want her to know what’s going on and have her say something that can impact the situation and cause even further inner turmoil, possibly causing Pink to make a choice that for a better term… Make her do something deeply regrettable in the future… And unfortunately, this causes more unstable thoughts to be added to the mix which could lead to Pink… offing herself just to make it stop or to possibly stop the 💎 Authority from being known as this weak system easily destroyed by rebellion…

I’m not Sure if I’m the only one thinking this…

But do you guys think the reason Pink Diamond punched the wall was due to the fact she believes that the other diamonds(sans Blue) hold contempt for her being born small and quite possibly a defect? Do you guys think because of that possibly mindset… she may have shatter herself?
